Ok... so about time I did an update... been a shameful 3 Months or so since my last!

So what have I been up to in the last 3 months... how about a quick summary and some layouts to get the ball rolling again?

Ok... so June 6th-8th was GoGoGetaway weekend which was absolutely amazing... just out of this world and my 'First' weekend away & hotel stay... have to say I chose the best way to do it... GoGoStyle and have booked to go again in 2009!
Thank-You Lorraine & Janice Big Hug

It was fast paced and so much learnt through the classes... painting on layouts with Fiona Beckman, pull-out layouts with Jane Dean to an amazing mini album with Shilmelle! Amazing GoGo Shop with stash to die for... Zoe did an amazing job on the till as the shop was always bursting with shoppers!

The hotel food was absolutely gorgeous and especially the chocolate pudding... my favourite!

I did manage a few layouts... even on 5hours sleep all weekend but need to take photo's and upload at some point!

Cheryl did an amazing job with the photography and I loved all my photo's... which is an amazement in itself as I absolutely hate being infront of the camera... but as you can see from this one they are amazing!

July... there was a weekend away with the Leeds Paper Dolls to Alston in Cumbria... the scenery was absolutely breath-taking and the company was amazing... so much fun and laughter with friends combined with scrapping... what more could you ask for?
Thank-You Kirsty for organising it Big Hug

I managed 10 layouts in one weekend... here are 5 of them as i've doubled them for the boys A-Z Albums!
I... for Independent

J... for Journey

K... for Knowledge

L... for Love

M... for Mum

Alison... a big thank-you for your advice in regards to journaling... it has helped immensely, even after the weekend Big Hug

An absolutely HUGE Big Hug Kisses Big Hug has to go to Nats... as she drove me to both events and is a fantastic friend!

Another one for July was a weeks holiday with my 2 boys, a friend and her daughter... another trip to Cumbria but, a different area... Flookburgh near Cark & Cartmel!
We stayed at the 'Lakeland' Haven Caravan site... was throwing it down when we arrived and for the first 2 days but then the sun came out to play... we walked, the kids went swimming and go-karting and a few nights in the club for a bit of entertainment... my boys loved nearly every bit of it and that was all that mattered to me!

Since returning home from Holiday... school uniform has been bought and I was lucky to get the boys shoes as they were the last 2 pairs of size 2 on the shelves in all shoes, trainers & plimsolls that were needed to be bought... I still need 2 pairs of trousers and a waterproof coat but they go back to school on Tuesday so doubt i'll get them before then! They are at that age where not just any coat will do anymore... so I need to take them to choose the coat so that i'm not spending ages looking for coats at the end of the school day because they have hidden them!

This week the boys were away from 24th evening to 29th tea-time with the dreaded outlaws and I scrapped 9 layouts in total... again doubling 4 of the layouts for the boys A-Z Albums... here are my results:

N... for Naked

O... for Oops
P... for Partners in Crime... this is actually a clear layout but was unable to scan properly so popped a piece of white paper behind it!
Q... for Quiet
My very first Christmas layout done for a GoGo Challenge... it's the boys having a snowball fight in the first snow of the year... January 3rd 2008!

Myself, Nats & Rach have recently left the Leeds Paper Dolls and are going to venture out on our own with the start of a new crop for Leeds... we will be the Paper Chasers (Leeds)... our first crop will be on Saturday 27th September at Samuel Taylors on Roseville Street... we are looking forward to our new venture and do have spaces if anyone is interested... please do feel free to email me for anymore info or I can be contacted through UKS (UkScrappers)... I am Twintrouble!

Is anyone going to the Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza... Nats & myself will be going and so looking forward to it... been a while since I had a spend on any Scrapbooking goodies so may have to have a little treat Smile

Ohhh... and before I forget... Kelly http://apocketfulofsprinkles.blogspot.com/ is offering some gorgeous Blog Candy/RAK... I would love to be the reciepient of this gorgeous Prima supplies as would be great for some of my boys layouts!

Well... I suppose that's all for now... Be Back Soon x
