I’m Here…

I’m alive… just… buried under a house full of rubbish trying to climb my way out!!!

Do you remember Keira from This Post… well she is now a mummy to 5 beautiful little puppies… 2 girls & 3 boys… they are gorgeous

We have first pick of the litter…

Demon was chosen as soon as I saw him… he is so cheeky looking and so different from his brothers…

At first we were told we weren’t allowed the girls as they were being kept with mummy… so HisLordShip had a real struggle on his hands to choose one as he’d wanted a girl… even had his name picked… but after nearly a week he got a text from his friend to say that he could have the darker girl! We went for a visit again on Sunday and he was told he could in fact have the sable lady instead… he was over the moon as she was the first born and already has a beautiful mask! I think Mishka & Demon are already bonding together really well…

They seem to find each other for snuggles… aren’t they adorable… I can’t wait for the 7 weeks to end and they come home!

I had been telling HisLordShip for quite a while now that we need to get on with the House Clearance, so he can put the boards back down in the loft, plasterboard it and get the units in for storage etc… and move his & boys pc’s up there… but as usual he kept putting it off… I couldn’t do anything as I needed him to bring the stuff from loft down for me to sort through… so with the birth of Keira’s puppies it’s spurred him on and for the last week I have been sorting through lots of stuff/rubbish from the loft… I have had 5 bags of rubbish, lots of the boys old games sent to school for HisLordShips sister to use, lots of toys etc sent next door for the 2 little ones and another big bag of toys sent to where Keira is living for their little boy! I have 3 boxes for the Charity Shop and I haven’t made that much of a dent in what is actually up in the loft … it’s going to be a long 7 weeks, there is sooo much to do, so please forgive me if I am a little absent from here… I am trying to work on Swaps, Samples etc from the New Catalogue as well as trying to make my way through all the rubbish we have kept from the last 15yrs

Last Chance Blog Hop…

So for the Last Chance Blog Hop I decided to use the Nursery Suite Papers & Quick Accents Pack. I’ve had a very busy week and my plan was to use every scrap of paper and accents, but I failed as I still have loads left and to top it all off I can’t share one of the projects as I couldn’t find my Velcro Hook & Loops or Magnetic Snaps so that will have to be added a bit later… it’s been one of those weeks… some ups and some downs… but mostly ups

Ok… so onto the projects that I can share with you today…

First up are 2 layouts that as soon as I have some better lighting (lets face it weather has been pants) I will take photo’s in their box frames, so some quick shots whilst the sun peeked out for a second or two!

A Mini Catalogue Card…

Today I thought I'd share a card made with Wedding Wheels Stamp from the Mini Catalogue… I took inspiration from The Lovely Monica's Card on her blog for a Wedding Anniversary Card that was needed on the 1st September for HisLordShip’s sister!

Glad It’s Not Gone…

Wow…

Where has August gone??? Seriously I don’t feel like my feet have touched the ground this month… there has been so much going on… lots of packing and un-packing… and the rest of the year is going to be busy busy busy too!!!

Ok… so the boys broke up from school back in July… they went away for a week with HisLordShips mum, nana, sister and niece… they were home for a week or so before they left again, this time with HisLordShip for 10 days… yes… I stayed home as I had some card orders to do and to be honest as much as I love them all to bits I was really in need of some ‘ME’ time… I really really enjoyed the peace and quiet, I got so much done!!! I don’t know about you but I just can’t seem to get anything done when they are all around as I feel guilty for not spending the time with them, not that we don’t do things as a family… but you know what I mean???

They came home from Holiday… I was greeted with a humungous pile of washing… which I am still working my way through might I add!!! We had a few days of being under one roof then because HisLordShip & I were going to Wales for a couple of days the boys went to stay with Grandparents again… so yet more packing of clothes, well what was washed anyway… LOL
Wales… it was a special trip to meet HisLordShips online friend from Holland… another World Of Warcraft friend who he’d chatted to for the last 5 nearly 6yrs… we had a lovely time despite me freezing to bits in the tent… I brought home a head cold … I'm surprised I still have a nose attached as it was that cold!!! As for me camping again… ohhhh nooo… that will be a boys activity… I’ll stick to hotels thank-you very much

Boys came home for just one night…one night!!!… before I had to pack them up yet again for a 4 night 5 day stay at the Grandparents caravan… they are due home on Tuesday, but how long they will be home well that is another matter entirely.

August also means new Uniform time… I’ve had to buy most of it without them being on hand to see if it fits… so when they do come home they will be trying it all on… well except the shoes that I still need to buy!!!
